Assembly & 100% testing
The final step is where Haofeng's in-house control pays off. Components made across our own forging, machining and welding lines come together on calibrated, traceable assembly lines — with torque, sealing and function verified as each unit is built.
Every pressure-bearing product is then pressure- and leak-tested to its rated working pressure — 100%, not by sample — and representative units from each batch undergo functional checks. Nothing ships on assumption; it ships on a test result.
Finished products are inspected, labelled, documented and packed — ready for OEM / private-label branding and export. Material traceability and complete inspection records travel with the goods, so buyers can pass their own audits and certifications with confidence.
