Service overview

Raw material & forging

Every Haofeng product starts with certified raw material. We source traceable steel, brass and aluminium to the grades each fire-fighting component demands, and forge and form them in-house — never outsourcing the step that decides a product's strength and integrity.

Forging and forming are carried out to controlled parameters, with material test certificates (EN 10204-3.1) retained for every heat. This lets us prove — not just claim — the consistency of cylinder bodies, valve bodies and couplings to the most demanding buyers.

By owning material control from the very first step, we keep quality consistent batch after batch and keep lead times in our own hands — the foundation everything downstream is built on.
